Senior Camp Reunion Talks Online

24 Feb

(HT: Carla’s blog, she’s also got some new photos from the weekend)

The spiritual food was even better!

Warren Peel’s talks are now available to download. They’ve appeared on the RPC website only shortly before the Messenger report of the weekend (rumours suggest you might get it this Sunday). If you were there you’ll undoubtedly be eager to listen again and if you missed Reunion don’t spurn the opportunity to put these on your mp3 player.

Prayer as Spiritual Warfare

Be a Good Soldier of Jesus Christ

Know your Enemy

Fight the Good Fight

(If you need any more encouragement to listen check out Philip’s summaries of the talks)

    Ooh, annoyed much?!

I’m sure if you’ve nothing to do all day it’s hard being second to the news!

    SWS forever!!

Steelo where’s that comment coming from?! Who’s annoyed about what?!

Come on Phil, do keep up!!! :-P

    Well played SWS!

I would say ‘If it was my blog there would be more than one post between each issue of the messenger! ‘ but I really ought to be loyal to SWS..

The writers of AK have the appearence of low grade bank clerks.

“I’m sure if you’ve nothing to do all day it’s hard being second to the news!”

Steelo makes a very valid point here, you can compare James’ work on the blog from his transfer from Grammar School to Uni.

In January 2008 (James’ Lower 6th Year) =5 Posts

In January 2009 (James’ Upper 6th Year) = 9 Posts

In January 2010 (James’ 1st Year Uni) = 22 Posts

However, I may have perhaps completely misread Steelo’s comment and got this completely wrong, if so, just enjoy my nice statistics…. :S

I was fairly gutted to see SWS had got there first! Lol. Fair point Ali, though I can promise that there definitely won’t be the same increase for next year!

Hi, I’m an American who who has been led to this website by my best friend (he’s Northern Irish, goes to Trinity RPC) anyhow thanks for posting these. These talks are great :)

Great stats Ali. You’ve inspired me…

Thats nearly a 250% increase from 2009, and a rise from 0.29 posts per day to 0.71, giving nearly one and a half days beween posts on average.

Joel you have hit new depths! :-P

Someone should do the same calculations for SWS for the past year or so… :D Or actually since I took over the Messenger! Think that’s to blame! Watch out Jamesy!!
